lost by neglect or designed by made away
with one pair of boots and one shirt
part of his Regimental necessaries.

suffer an imprisonment with Hard Labour for a
period of 30 days and to be placed under
stoppages until the cost of replacing the
articles found sufficient in the Second Charge
